Challenge

In addition to full installation or ventilation projects, Comfort Home also offers maintenance contracts for those systems. These contracts cannot be optimally managed in the ERP software package “BouwSoft”. The various deliveries deserve professional aftercare. They wanted an automated procedure for the sale and follow-up of maintenance contracts using a (standard or tailor-made) software package.
They have several teams that carry out several sites per week at different locations. Making the puzzle to efficiently link sites, employees and delivery vans a time-consuming process.

Connect CRM with ERP

A CRM was the appropriate tool to store the properties of the contacts and projects as well as to model and monitor the sales funnel. There is also an ERP that manages the master data for the various projects and deliveries. The data available in the ERP must be synchronized with the CRM environment.

  1. Configuration HubSpot CRM.
  2. Training on configuration and use of HubSpot CRM.
  3. Link with BouwSoft ERP API. The exchange of the data (projects + project addresses + project contacts) is foreseen in this project.

Set up of planning tool with AirTable – BouwSoft ERP

Jan Segier of Databaser provided a system in which employees and customers can follow up on the planning in real-time. This planning is intuitively drawn up in the tool. They have several teams that carry out several sites per week at different locations. Making the puzzle to efficiently link sites, employees and delivery vans is a time-consuming process. Ingenix provided this information (projects, employees, quotations, sites, contact persons,…) using a link between both systems. The integration makes it possible to request the desired data from the ERP and save it to the planning.
